DETAILED DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Compile Production & Maintenance monthly C&J report.
- Conduct time study for new product or project.
- Process improvement for existing products to reduce production takt time.
- Prepare and review Standard Operation Procedure, Control Plan and any other ISO related documents for production and maintenance.
- Responsible and preparation for audit for production and maintenance.
- Responsible for Preventive Maintenance and calibration activities are execute according to plan.
- Review and verify installation of electrical and plant facilities.
- Carry out repairs when equipment/machine/plant facilities breakdown.
- Conduct training for new product or process.
- Responsible for production and maintenance cost down activities.
- In charge and update of 5S and safety activities at workplace.
- Perform additional jobs and responsibilities whenever requested by the management.
ACADEMIC / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma in any Engineering field, degree is preferable.
- Minimum 2 years basic experience in maintenance and manufacturing.

- Product Knowledge (Specifications, Features & Functionalities)
- Production process improvement and new model introduction
- Able to design & fabricate tools & jigs with error proofing
- Able to plan & carry out Preventive Maintenance
- Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis
- Knowledge of ISO9001:2015, 5S, Kaizan and Poka Yoke
- Able to read & write in both Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Computer literate – Microsoft Office
